Being the team leader, I do my best to ensure learners get the best education and provide instructional leadership to enhance quality in curriculum implementation which ensures consistency of approach, including momentum and direction of Brickwoods Schools, for each and every team member.

My responsibility is to support all members of staff in this institution. This involves assisting the School Manager in the running of day-to-day key activities that ensure the School Curriculum is well implemented. All this is geared to create a conducive learning environment in Brickwoods Schools.
